Tube-sheets are normally forged and material is low carbon steel, low alloy steel, low temp. carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, super duplex steel, titanium clad tube sheets, Inconel, monel, brass, cupronickel etc. Tubes used in these heat exchangers are of different geometries like plain, low finned, internally ribbed and finned, corrugated, helically coiled or with different types of tube inserts. Tube material may vary from carbon steel, low temp carbon steel, stainless steel (all grades) duplex steel, copper, brass, cupronickel, titanium etc. Tube rolling is carried out by electrical or hydraulic equipment controlled by torque controller. Pressure Vessels (I) has excellent facilities of redubbing. Old corroded or leaking tubes are pulled out of tube sheets with the help of hydraulic pulling machines and fresh tubes are inserted and expanded in these holes.
